Description
A rich and indulgent dessert with layers of chocolate, caramel, and candy that’s easy to make and perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 box of German chocolate cake
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 container of Cool Whip
- 2 XL Heath bars, crushed
- Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Make the cake as instructed on the box.
- When the cake comes out of the oven, poke holes in it with a fork or a skewer.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk on top of the warm cake.
- Let the cake cool completely in the refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, cover the cake with Cool Whip, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cake instead of German chocolate cake. Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
