Description

A delightful cheesecake combining creamy goodness, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup whipped cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until incorporated.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer with half of the strawberries. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. You can mix in other berries for a berry medley. Adjust powdered sugar to taste for sweetness.
