A delightful cheesecake combining creamy goodness, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream until incorporated.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer with half of the strawberries. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. You can mix in other berries for a berry medley. Adjust powdered sugar to taste for sweetness.
