Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 25g cocoa powder
- 5g baking powder (optional)
- Banana slices for decoration (optional)
- Nuts for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the eggs to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the cocoa powder and baking powder (if using) until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool slightly, then decorate with banana slices and nuts if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For the best flavor and sweetness, use overripe bananas. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
