Description

Delicious Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls made with ripe bananas and cinnamon, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 Overripe bananas
  • 2 teaspoons Active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or nuts


Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast: Warm milk to 110°F, add yeast and a pinch of sugar, let become foamy.
  2. Make the dough: Mix wet ingredients, gradually add flour, knead until smooth, let rise in a warm place.
  3. Fill and shape: Roll dough into a rectangle, spread filling, roll tightly, and cut into rolls.
  4. Second rise and bake: Place rolls in a pan, let rise until puffy, bake until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 190°F.
  5. For frosting: Mix cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar.

Notes

For best results, ensure bananas are very ripe. Option to add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
