Ingredients
- 2 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced or sliced
- 1 cup spinach or mixed greens
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Arrange the spinach on a plate as the base.
- Add the diced or sliced avocado and boiled egg slices on top.
