Description

A fresh and healthy salad combining creamy avocado, protein-rich boiled eggs, and crisp cucumber, perfect for a light lunch or refreshing side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • A few red onion rings
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Arrange the lettuce on the bottom of a bowl.
  2. Add the sliced cucumber on top of the lettuce.
  3. Place the sliced avocado and boiled eggs in the bowl.
  4. Add a few rings of red onion on top.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
