Ingredients
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce
- A few red onion rings
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Arrange the lettuce on the bottom of a bowl.
- Add the sliced cucumber on top of the lettuce.
- Place the sliced avocado and boiled eggs in the bowl.
- Add a few rings of red onion on top.
- Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
