Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the chopped onions, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheese until well combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the onion mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
