Description

Delicious and quick treats made in the air fryer, perfect for satisfying cravings without the mess of traditional frying.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces crescent rolls
  • 8 Double Stuf Oreos
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tablespoons half and half
  • 28 ounces frozen shoestring French fries
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1 pound beef sirloin tip steak
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 8 soft taco-size flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 6 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 8 string cheese
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 2 to 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 cup marinara sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. For the Air-Fried Oreos, roll out the crescent rolls, wrap each Oreo in a piece, and place them in the air fryer. Cook until golden brown, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  3. For the zucchini snacks, cut the zucchini into sticks, dip them in the egg, and coat with a mix of panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Air fry until crispy.
  4. For the fries, toss frozen fries with season salt and air fry until golden and cooked through.
  5. For beef jerky, marinate beef strips in a mixture of soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes for several hours. Air fry until dried and chewy.
  6. For pizza rolls, place pepperoni and cheese in the tortilla, add pizza sauce, and roll tightly. Brush with olive oil and air fry until crispy.
  7. For mozzarella sticks, dip cheese sticks in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, salt, and parsley. Air fry until golden. Serve with marinara sauce.

Notes
