Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1/2 cup pickle slices
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil spray for air frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat. Add salt, pepper, and diced onions, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- On each tortilla, layer the cooked beef, cheese, and pickles.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, securing the filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spritz the wraps with oil spray.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove and serve hot.
