Ingredients
- Steak (flank, ribeye, or sirloin)
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mixed greens
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Red onion
- Feta cheese
- Balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cook steak to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Slice the steak and lay it on top of the salad.
