Description

Ingredients

  • Steak (flank, ribeye, or sirloin)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Mixed greens
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Red onion
  • Feta cheese
  • Balsamic vinaigrette


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook steak to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and feta cheese.
  6. Slice the steak and lay it on top of the salad.
